At ERBE STUDIO, each piece is produced in limited runs, crafted with care using generational art forms and modern silhouettes. Our garments are not mass-produced — they are slow-made, intentional, and personal. We encourage mindful shopping to reduce waste and protect the integrity of handcrafted fashion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you’ve received a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery at erbestudio.contact@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at 7000962473 with:

• Your order number

• Clear images of the issue

• A short description of the problem

Upon assessment, we may process a return, refund, or partial refund — at the discretion of the ERBE STUDIO team.

Please Note:

• Our garments often feature handloom textiles, traditional printing techniques, and natural dyes. Small variations, irregularities, or imperfections are hallmarks of handcrafted work and not considered defects.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged or the tags have been removed by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you still wish to return your item (not due to damage or defect), please note the following: 

• You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it to the following address BillyBoy International - 134 Readymade Complex , Pardeshipura, Indore , Madhya Pradesh (452011).

• All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and free of any odor or stains and the tags must be intact on the garment.

• Once received, the piece will go through a strict quality check.

• ERBE STUDIO reserves the right to deny a return if the product fails to meet our quality standards upon inspection.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: 

• Size or fit concerns

• Change of mind

• Natural variations in color, texture, or print due to hand-done processes

• If the consumer has not followed the wash care instructions and if something happens to the garment after washing.

These are part of the beauty of handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects. 

Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the item passes our quality check.
